- A new photos for the return of "V" has been added to the "V Photo Gallery"
- February 22nd: SyFy has scheduled Laura's mini-series "Riverworld" to air Sunday, April 18.The four-hour event will fill the night with part one at 7:00 PM EST and part two at 9:00 PM EST. Get more info.
- February 15th: A new photo gallery has been added from Laura's "Sodaliscious" shoot with designer Cindy Renee Mathieu and photographer Christine Buijs.

- Laura will not be attending Comi Con this year unfortunately. The panel only has enough for a few actors. We are aware some sites claim she will be there however we wished to inform you she will not. She hopes to attend again in the future and is excited for the fans to help promote "V" and hope they enjoy the pilot.

MAY 2009:
- Great news! It has been announced that the pilot Laura was involved in has been picked up by a network. "V" will be airing on ABC as a mid-season replacement in 2010. See the following links for more information and the current trailer for the pilot.
- Laura is currently shooting a mini-series called "Riverworld."

- Laura has finished shooting the pilot for "V"
- On April 14th Laura attended her movie premiere for Into the Blue 2 in Los Angeles at The Beverly Hilton Hotel. It was a poolside event outdoors. The red carpet was in fact a 'blue carpet' which led the actress to a real waterfall of which she posed under (with an umbrella). Check out the photos from the event.
- Into the Blue 2: The Reef will be released on DVD on April 21st. Click here to view the movie trailer!
- The independent film Laura shot entitled "The Jazzman" (Directed by Josh Koffman) has been accepted into the Montreal world film fest! It will aslo have a broadcast premier in October 2009 on "Superchannel."

Laura is currently shooting a feature film called "Damage." The movie also stars Steve Austin and Walton Goggins (The Shield.) The movie deals with the three characters being a part of the underground fight scene.

Laura has confirmed she will be flying in to attend TIFF with Corey Sevier. She will be attending "Hello Magazine Party-Red Carpet Legendary Hollywood Couples Event " in Toronto on September 6th. In addition she will attend the "It Lounge" September 6th. Keep an eye out!
The seventh season DVD set of Smallville will be released September 9, 2008. It can also be pre-ordered on Amazon.com.

- Laura's & Corey's interview for ET Canada (on the set of the independent movie "The Jazzman") will air Thursday July 31st at 7pm on Global.
- Laura was interviewed by E! News on two seperate occcassions this week. One segment will air Friday July 18th at 7:30pm eastern standard time. Check it out!
- Laura will begin filming an independent titled "The Jazzman," in Toronto. It's a story inspired by the famous Jazz musician Moe Koffman. Fellow Canadians Michael Ironside and Corey Sevier will co-star.
- Watch for Laura's feature article in this month's "LA Direct Magazine."
